Women's History Month: Spin Yoga Class

This is a 90 minute class featuring 45 minutes of cycling; a combination of a great cardiovascular workout and an exercise to relax the mind. You will then take to your yoga mat for a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class.  Here you will work balance, flexibility, strength and endurance while improving your posture, increasing your energy and clearing your mind.  Join us for this total body and mind workout.
