One of the most wonderful aspects of being a part of the St.
John’s University family is that membership lasts forever. Our
alumni are dear to us, and so during the month of November the St.
John’s community will be remembering our deceased brothers and
sisters in a very special way.
In our beautiful St. Thomas More Church, near the Memorial
dedicated to those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, is a
Book of Remembrance where members of our University family may list
the names of those relatives and friends who have been called home
to the Lord. These beloved individuals will be remembered during
every Mass throughout the month, a fitting tribute to our abiding
love and affection for those whom we hold most dear.
