Week Four

The past few days were very entertaining.  One my friends and I took a trip to Florence, which turned out to be our best trip yet.

There was so much to do in Florence!  Unlike Venice, everything is open much later.  Also unlike Rome, Florence seemed to have more of a night life.  On our way home we decided to drop by Pisa to see the Leaning Tower.  In all honesty, seeing the Leaning Tower wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be.  My group stayed in Pisa for a little under an hour, and then it was time to go.

This week seemed to be a little hectic, probably because our Rome rotation is almost over.  There were a lot of projects, papers and tests, but even so everyone was able to fit in some fun.  Sadly, the worst thing for me right now is knowing that my time in Rome is almost up.  I must say that I will miss this city a lot.  I’ve met so many interesting people and have really gotten to know the city so well.  As of next Wednesday, I may regret not doing the whole semester in Rome, but I know that there are new adventures that lie ahead at my next exciting city.
