Furthering its
commitment to providing exceptional service to prospective
students, St. John’s University has established an Undergraduate
Admissions Welcome Center in what was formerly Council Hall on the
Queens campus. The Welcome Center provides a wide variety of
services to potential new and transfer students and their families
as well as to Guidance and College Counselors from area high
schools and community colleges.
“This new facility is centrally located and easily accessible to
anyone who’s interested in coming to St. John’s,” said Corinne
Blomquist, Associate Director, Events, Office of Admissions. “We’re
here to answer questions and assist with anything Admission
related.”
Visitors to the Welcome Center can speak with an admissions
counselor, participate in one of two daily information sessions and
tour the Queens campus.
