At least once a week, Lou Carnesecca '50C, '60GEd, '00HON drives
to the Queens campus and walks into his corner office in Sun Yat
Sen Hall. This room has been his on-campus home since 1992, when he
retired from coaching and joined the University's administration as
a Special Assistant to the President. It also serves as a veritable

Square Garden on January 30, 2011, first-year Head Coach Steve
Lavin knew he was working with a special group of players.
