Matia forecasts fundraising revenues and participation rates by event, monitors monthly operating expenditure transfers, prepares variance analyses, designs and conducts benchmarking initiatives for select programs and services, and works with Alumni Relations to develop and implement international alumni programs. He is also constructing a division-wide annual operating budget.
Prior to his current role, Matia was a Graduate Assistant for Institutional Advancement and the Freshman Center. He holds a B.A. in Sports Management with a minor in Business and an M.B.A. in International Business from St. John’s.
