Jaclyn Lurker graduated from St. John’s College of Liberal Arts
and Sciences in 2000 with a B.A. in English. She works as a
Management and Program Analyst for the Social Security
Administration, New York Region. Her responsibilities include
assisting management with personnel policy, misconduct, discipline,
performance and union issues, and recruiting and providing
reasonable accommodation of applicants and employees with
disabilities. She received the Mo Fong Rigley Hein Award for
recruitment of individuals with disabilities. She stays connected
to St. John’s by attending Young Alumni Happy Hours, contributing
financial gifts, keeping up to date on University news and staying
in touch with her St. John’s friends. She also received a M.A. in
Psychology from Hunter College.
