Adam A. Cortese graduated in 2000 from St. John’s College of
Professional Studies with a B.S. in Legal Studies. He is currently
a private practice attorney, specializing in trusts and estates.
His responsibilities include the creation of wills, powers of
attorney and other legal documents required to handle clients’
estate matters. His practice also extends to offering advice on
property management and tax avoidance, including the use of trusts
designed to protect clients’ assets. He was the Managing Editor of
the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and received the Thomas M. Cooley
Leadership Achievement Award. Adam supports St. John’s through his
participation in a variety of alumni activities, including planning
for and participation in the annual Alumni Golf Outing.
