York
New York State Thruway to Route 81 South, to Route 17 East, to New
York State Thruway at Harriman, New York, to Palisades Parkway to
George Washington Bridge to Henry Hudson Parkway which becomes West
Side Highway South. Go past Canal Street, past Borough of Manhattan
Community College, turn left on Murray Street.
From Eastern Upstate New
York
Major Deegan Expressway (Route 87) to Triborough Bridge, cross
bridge to Manhattan and onto FDR Drive South. Stay on FDR Drive to
the tip of Manhattan - past Battery Park - onto West Side Highway
North, turn right on Murray Street (three blocks past the World
Trade Center).
From New Jersey
Through Holland Tunnel to Canal Street go past Hudson Street and
turn right on Varick Street, which feeds into West Broadway. Stay
on West Broadway to Murray Street, turn right on Murray Street, for
two blocks to the Campus.
From Long Island
Long Island Expressway to the Midtown Tunnel. Proceed West to West
Side Highway (West Street). Make a left turn. Take downtown to
Murray Street. Make left turn. There is an independent PARKING LOT
on Murray Street between Greenwich Street and West Street. Cost:
Approximately $28.00 for the day.

Airport
Gray Line Air Shuttle - 1(800) 451-0455 - Operates buses to the
Marriot World Trade Center Hotel, three and a half blocks south of
the Campus on West Street. Tickets are $14. Travel time is
approximately 45 to 75 minutes. For a cab ride directly from the
airport expect to pay no less than $35.
From La Guardia Airport
Gray Line Air Shuttle - 1(800) 451-0455 - Operates buses to the
Marriot World Trade Center Hotel, three and a half blocks south of
the Campus on West Street. Tickets are $13. For a cab ride directly
from the airport expect to pay no less than $30.
From Newark Airport
Olympia Trails Express - (212) 964-6233- Operates buses to the
World Trade Center, three blocks south of the Campus on West
Street. Buses depart from the bus courtyard of all terminals.
Tickets are $12 one way and are available at the Olympia Ticket
Agent at the ground transportation counter. Travel time is
approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

In New York all licensed taxis are yellow and have the word "NYC
TAXI" on the door. Only yellow taxis can stop for riders hailing
from the street. You pay the amount shown on the taximeter, plus
any tolls. The meter should start at $2, then increase 30 cents for
every 1/5 of mile, or 30 cents for every 90 seconds while you are
in slow traffic or stopped. There is an extra 50 cents charge per
trip between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. There is no per-passenger or baggage
charge. All meters are required to give receipts. We encourage you
to keep this receipt; it will help you if you need to find lost
property or file a complaint. Tipping for good service is
customary, about 15% to 20%.
