Tom assists the Division of Institutional Advancement in a variety
of ways, helping to plan special projects and serving as Senior
Writer for all multimedia. He contributes to the St. John’s
University Magazine and the Alumni and Friends Web site, in
addition to providing copy for advertising initiatives and
programs. Tom assists in editing speeches for major University
events and also manages development communications within
Institutional Advancement.
After nearly 30 years in higher education serving in numerous
capacities as both an Instructor and Administrator, he returned to
alma mater in a professional capacity. He was Provost of
New York College of Health Professions, NY, and served for 28 years
at New York Institute of Technology. Tom holds a B.A. in Psychology
and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s and an M.A. in
Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology.
