This interactive program will take
you through an effective and immediately useful education that
instills personal accountability in the work environment. When the
learning is applied and the three tools are used, personal
accountability will result in less time spent managing and more
time coaching and mentoring. You will take an Accountability
Assessment on-line that starts your learning journey and receive
feedback on the results at the session.

*Institute for Management
Studies:
St. John’s has a membership with the Institute for Management
Studies (IMS). This means that you will now have easy access to a
variety of management and professional development topics beyond
our standard curriculum. As an added benefit, we will give one
complimentary seat for each NYC session, on a first come, first
served basis (note: one complimentary seat per person, per year.)
See enrollment policy below.
Enrollment Policy Note:
There is a cost associated with IMS programs. Please ensure your
full commitment to attend before enrolling in an IMS program,
including your supervisor’s approval and coverage in your absence.
IMS retains a minimal number of seats for St. John's University
participants, and it is important that anyone who enrolls is
committed to attending as there is significant cost to the
University for last-minute cancellations.
