"Disrupting Ourselves: The Problem of Learning in Higher

Dr. Randy Bass, Vice Provost and Executive Director of the
Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship, Georgetown
Univesity
Join us for this "Digital Humanities" presentation sponsored by
the English Department, the Dean of St. John's College, and the St.
John's University Provost. Dr. Randy Bass will discuss the
implications of new educational technologies for high-impact
interdisciplinary curricular development. The presentation,
based on his work with the Center for New Designs in Learning and
Scholarship at Georgetown and his long experience developing
American Studies educational technologies, promises to be of
interest for university core studies as well as programs in the
liberal arts and sciences.
