Picture Yourself in "The Garden"

Imagine cheering for the men’s basketball team at Madison Square Garden or the men’s soccer team as they go for the national championship. These opportunities await you as a student at St. John’s. The home of 16 Division I, Big East teams, school spirit is a big part of being a St. John’s student and cheering for your classmates will become apart of your time here.

Each of the Universities teams play on campus, with the men’s basketball team playing half of its game at The Garden and the other half at Carnesecca Arena, named for legendary basketball coach Lou Carnesecca. Belson Stadium is home of the nationally ranked men’s soccer team and the baseball team plays at Jack Kaiser Stadium. For a minimal cost, students can attend all of the games.
