To finalize the enrollment process with St. John’s we have three
easy steps for you to complete:
- View your Credit Evaluation
- View your Financial Aid Package
- Pay the Enrollment Deposit and Housing Deposit
St. John’s UIS is an online student information
system- your one stop resource for secure personalized, university
related information. Log onto UIS here www.stjohns.edu/pls2. Your ID is your X number and
your PIN is your six digit date of birth (mm/dd/yy).
Access Credit
Evaluation
Click Student then Student Record
then Academic Record. To access the report, select
Transcript Level – Undergraduate, Transcript Type -
Undergraduate
Access Financial Aid Package
Click My Award Information then Award by
Aid Year and select 2012-2013 Academic Year, then click
Award Overview.
Pay Enrollment Deposit and Housing
Deposit
Click the Student then Admissions
and select Pay Deposit.

meet with an advisor to discuss your academic program and complete
