Will I be able to take a tour of St. John's campus?
Yes. We conduct campus tours everyday as follows:

  • Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Fridays: 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Does St. John's University have on-campus student residence halls?
Yes:

 

  • Our 105-acre Queens campus has magnificent new student residence halls with fully wired rooms, spacious lounges, 24-hour security, athletic facilities, and a new dining hall.
     
  • Our Staten Island campus offers apartment-style residential suites adjacent to campus.
     
  • Our Manhattan campus – occupying an award-winning, 10-story building in the city's Financial Center – offers limited student housing.

What extracurricular activities does St. John's offer?
St. John's offers students a wide variety of social, academic, and recreational activities twenty-four hours a day. We have more than 180 student clubs and organizations on campus, such as Campus Ministry, student media groups, and a Student Government Institute. Our campus boasts ample playing fields, indoor and outdoor basketball and handball courts, and weight-training facilities. Also, our Big East athletics teams are internationally known for their high quality.
