As you begin your graduate studies at St. John's you need to
secure your place in our residence halls. Please submit your
housing deposit and completed Residence Agreement and Residence
Application as soon as possible.
Due to high demand for University housing, we ask that you
submit your $400 deposit for new graduaute
students, along with completed housing agreement forms, by
July 1. Download our Graduate Housing Application and submit
your housing deposit online at our secure Web site.* If
you are a Peter J. Tobin College of Business or School of Education
applicant, please submit you housing deposit by mail to:

9STJOHNS. You will need your “X” number (it’s on your
acceptance letter) along with your PIN (your birth date in mmddyy
format). Or submit your deposit and completed forms by mail to the

If you wish to expedite the process, please fax your form to 1
(718) 990-5686 and call 1 (718) 990-2000 to submit your
deposit.
Off-Campus Housing
On the Queens campus, housing information is available in the
Office of Residence Life, Donovan Hall–Garden Level (718) 990-2417,
and on the Staten Island campus, in the Student Life Office, Campus
Center, Room B-11.
The Staten Island campus maintains a listing of local realtors.
The University does not inspect these facilities. The evaluation of
suitability of any facility is the responsibility of the potential
renter. Persons listing facilities with the University certify they
will accept any student registered at the University regardless of
race, color or creed.
