Choices and Connections

Living on campus is a big part of St. John’s classic college experience. Not only will you meet new friends, but you’ll have easy, immediate and almost constant access to residence-hall and campus activities, not to mention leadership opportunities. 

Our Queens campus offers an active and safe living experience in six large high-tech residence halls with modern suite-style rooms, HDTV, Wi-Fi, cable, lounges, studyrooms, a computer center, 24-hour securityand a new dining hall. The University also owns a number of apartments off campus.

Our Staten Island campus offers modern,apartment-style housing adjacent to campus.

Affordable. Global. Life Changing.

Our Discover the World program invites you to live and study in Rome, Italy; Paris, France; and Seville,Spain. This semester-long program offers full-credit coursework and a chance to grow into a global citizen. In the Global Passport program, you start discovering the world even sooner. Study a core requirement and prepare for your trip in New York. Then, travel to Rome, Italy, where you’ll live and study for seven days with the same students and faculty. Plunge service excursions last two to three weeks, and students combine service and learning in Philadelphia, Denver, New York City, Panama, Belize, France and more. Projects range from building playgrounds and teaching financial literacy to renovating housing, to name just a few.
