Student Ambassadors of the Month
Chris Valdes is a sophomore Physics major with a Computer Science minor from Bergenfield, NJ. He is always willing to assist fellow student ambassadors in a pinch by volunteering to cover their shifts. Chris is also very helpful behind the front desk in the Welcome Center. Chris' favorite memory as a Johnny was when he and his friends took advantage of a Campus Concierge $5 package deal which gave them each a $15 Shake Shack gift card, a two-way MetroCard, and a ticket to the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Besides being a Student Ambassador, Chris is also involved in the Society of Physics Students, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and the STEM Scholars Program. Congrats, Chris!
Katherine Ross is a sophomore Actuarial Science major with a Social Justice minor from Thomaston, CT. Katherine always gives her all, despite her jam-packed schedule as an Ozanam Scholar. Besides these activities, Katherine also spends her time with Habitat for Humanity, and is a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and the Honors Program. Congratulations, Katherine!
