Congratulations on your acceptance to St. John’s University! 

To best serve you as we approach the May 1 Enrollment Deposit deadline, please note the following availability of St. John’s University admission staff, financial aid staff, and customer service representatives beginning Saturday, April 29:

Saturday, April 29 | 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Welcome Center on the Queens campus will be open during this time. Admission and Financial Aid counselors will be available in-person and over the phone at 718-990-1802. Directions to Campus

Deadline to submit your enrollment and housing deposit: May 1, 2017. To pay your non-refundable $300 enrollment deposit online using a credit card via University Information System (UIS):

  • Note your User ID (XNumber on your admit letter, X is capital) and PIN (your birthday in six digits: February 3, 1992 is 020392).
  • Login and select Student > New Student Information > Admissions > Admission Deposits, then click the link to the deposit you wish to pay. From there, click eDeposits on the toolbar to make the payment.
  • You will be asked to change your password.  Be sure to remember your password so you can access UIS regularly.

  • Medical forms are due May 15, 2017
  • Official SAT/ACT test scores (if applicable) are due May 15, 2017
  • Final, official high school transcript (with date of graduation) is due July 15, 2017

Accepted Student Day

Accepted Student Day was the event of the spring season here at St. John’s. Accepted students and their families spent the day on campus and have the opportunity to speak with professors and future classmates, as well as tour campus and discover our many academic and social opportunities!

Accepted Student Shadow Days and Overnight Shadow Events

Shadow Days and Overnight Shadow Days provide accepted students with the opportunity to spend the day on campus and see what a day in the life of a Johnny is really like! You'll attend class, eat in the dining hall, and spend time with current students within your major. Overnight Shadow Days will also include an evening campus event and the opportunity to spend the night in the Residence Village. Students who plan to commute are encouraged to register for a Shadow Day, and students who plan to live on campus are encouraged to register for an Overnight Shadow Day Event.

Your arrival time will be provided to you a couple of days before the event, as it is based upon your host's class schedule. Please also be mindful that we cannot guarantee that a major-specific course will be held on the day of your visit. However, the class(es) attended will pertain to the program's and/or the core curriculum.

Please register for either a Shadow Day -or- an Overnight Shadow Day. Space is limited and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
