Steps to Follow

  1. Confirm that your cumulative GPA is 2.75 or higher and that you have completed 75 credits, or will be completing 75 credits in the current semester.
     
  2. Have your resume and a cover letter approved at the Career Center.
     
  3. Contact the list of companies you have found appealing.
     
  4. Send the companies your resume and company guidelines.
     
  5. Schedule an interview with your supervisor.
     
  6. Send a Thank You to the company with whom you interviewed.
     
  7. If accepted into the internship then YOU must get a letter from the company stating the following:

    -You are accepted and what your responsibilities will be (not clerical/secretary work)

    -Confirm that they have read and agreed to the company guidelines
     
  8. Bring the letter and any other paperwork to The Tobin College of Business Dean's office to be reviewed and kept for files.
     
  9. Enroll in the elective course that the internship replaces with Dean Hughes in Queens.
