Welcome From the Chair!

I would like to personally welcome you to the Marketing Department at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University. It is with great pride that I am the Chairman of such an exceptional program, where top graduate and undergraduate student talent finds outstanding marketing educators with an ever evolving curriculum designed to meet our students' needs. I would like to take this opportunity to convince you to spend your time, money and future on the Marketing Program at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.

The growing interest in marketing by service organizations such as athletic teams, law firms, banks and nonprofit organizations such as universities, the performing arts, and government agencies, has added to the numerous opportunities offered by traditional employers such as manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies. Recent studies of career paths and salaries suggest that marketing careers can also provide excellent opportunities for advancement and substantial pay.
