Guidelines
- Minors are available only to students
enrolled in baccalaureate programs.
- Students may choose from any of the
undergraduate units of the University, including any available
minor program which is clearly differentiated from their major area
of concentration.
- Students may select a minor after the
completion of one semester of college.
- Students must have the written
permission of the Dean.
- Only one three-credit course may be used
for a major and minor, provided that the minor sequence has at
least 18 credits. For minors with fewer than 18 credits, no overlap
is possible.
- The Pass/Fail option is not available in
the fulfillment of minor requirements.
- The successful completion of a minor
(with a minimum index of 2.0) will be noted on the student's
transcript.
