The economic catastrophe of 2008 continues to fester throughout the world economy and civil society. From the Arab spring, to the UK’s experience of civil unrest, to the political anger so palpable in the Tea Party and the Occupy Wall Street movements, it is all the more imperative that lawyers and leaders come together in constructive dialogue.
