art, culture heritage and intellectual property attorney, Leila
Ms. Amineddoleh received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston
College Law School. In law school, Ms. Amineddoleh was an Editor of
the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum online
Prior to joining Lombard & Geliebter LLP, Ms. Amineddoleh
worked as an associate at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto,
where she specialized in high-stakes intellectual property
litigation. Thereafter, Ms. Amineddoleh began working as a legal
consultant for artists, galleries, designers, musicians, art
collectors, and for various organizations including the non-profit.
Ms. Amineddoleh is involved in all aspects of due diligence, and
arts transactional work, and has represented major art collectors
in disputes related to multi-million dollar contractual matters,
art authentication, international cultural heritage law violations,
and complex fraud schemes. She also teaches Art & Cultural
Heritage Law at Fordham University School of Law and St. John’s
University School of Law.
Ms. Amineddoleh also serves as the Executive Director of the
Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation.
