Internships in the legal studies program provide outstanding
opportunities for students. With over 80 permanent internship sites
throughout the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area, a student may
work in law offices ranging from the largest Wall Street firms to
small local law offices, as well as state and federal courts and
governmental agencies. Many students are offered their first
full-time job through the internship experience. Employers of St.
John's student interns consistently praise their proficiency in the
legal profession and their ability to handle difficult and
high-pressure situations.
