Mary Noe, Esq. an Assistant Professor in the Division of Criminal
Justice and Legal Studies earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s
University School of Law. Mrs. Noe is a sole practitioner in
Matrimonial and Family Law, has worked for the NYS Department of
Health as an Administrative Law Judge, and has acted as a Hearing
Officer for the New York State Board of Education for the past six
years. Mrs. Noe is familiar with St. John’s, having taught as
an adjunct for the past year.
