Profile
Prof Carrington has served as a police officer and supervisor with
the police service of Trinidad and Tobago. He has also served
as an investigator with the New York City Civilian Complaint
Board. Prof. Carrington has served as a managing editor
of the Institute for Criminal Justice Ethics at John Jay College of
Criminal Justice and as an evaluator for the National Center for
Public Productivity.
