If you have experience teaching online courses at another university but are not certified to teach online at St. John’s, you may be able to count your previous experience towards certification. There are two application periods in Fall and Spring semesters. Application deadlines for Fall semester are September 15, with a decision rendered by October 8, and November 1, with a decision rendered by November 22. Similarly forSpring, the first application deadline is February 7, with a decision by March 1, and April 1, with a decision by May 1.
