Latest Research
Dr. Cirelli has recently published several articles that treat the influence of platonic-patristic form on contemporary issues in theological anthropology.  His current research is on the relationship between form and personhood in patristic theology.  He is also  writing  a manuscript on Roman Catholic theologian Hans Urs von Balthasar.

While at Catholic University, Dr. Cirelli was the recipient of a Wabash Center Teaching Fellowship and a Hubbard Fellowship.
