Dr. Finkel is a theoretical physicist with diverse
publications in particle scattering theory, quantum physics,
information theory in statistical mechanics, chemical kinetics, and
biological physics.
He is a popular lecturer and author of books on techniques for
effective learning, "The Brainbooster" and "The New
Brainbooster."
Dr. Finkel also authored the guidebook for calculus-based
physics, "Concise Notes for Physics."
His most recent publication, "Concise Introduction to
Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics" was published
in February, 2011, along with his new tutorial: Statistical
Mechanics in One Afternoon.
