PROFILE
Trent Hamann has been a member of the Philosophy Department since 2000.  Dr. Hamann’s research interests focus on the intersection of ethical practices, politics, culture, and the constitution of human selves.  In particular, he is interested in examining how historical forms of truth and power relations inform how we think, act, and speak as subjects.
