I am originally from south-west of France. What I like about teaching is that I am able to work with students who have diverse interests in French and Francophone studies. I think that the knowledge of a foreign language, culture and literature significantly enhances a college education. In this respect, I would like to impart to the students a better understanding of themselves and the world.

My current interests include developing strategies in the teaching of French language, culture and literature; 20th-, and 21st-century French and Francophone literature and culture, interdisciplinary approaches to literature, cross-cultural and international studies.
