B.S. Health Services Administration/ M.A. Government and Politics

The College of Professional Studies and the Graduate Division of Arts and Sciences offer and intensive, accelerated, combined degree program leading to the B.S. in Health Services Administration and the M.A. in Government and Politics within five years of full-time study.

Qualified undergraduate students who have completed 60 credits at the end of their sophomore year with a 3.0 cumulative index and a 3.5 index for 12 credits in their major and Government and Politics courses.

Students enrolled in the thesis program must complete a total of 150 credits (30 on the graduate level, including 6 credits if Master's Research). Students selecting the non-thesis option must complete a total of 153 credits (33 on the graduate level). After completion of the B.A. requirements, the student must enroll full time on the graduate level for the fifth year. For specific information, students may consult the chair.
