The internship program is the focus and climax of the BFA degree
programs. Internships are individually arranged in the art major's
senior year according to the student's interests and career
objectives. Department of Fine Arts students have been placed in a
wide variety of situations, including:
- Major publishers, such as G.P. Putnam & Sons, children's
book division, McFadden Publications and Lucas-Evans Books
- Marvel Comics, Acclaim Comics and other comic publications
- United Nations Postal Service
- Elle, Tennis World, Metropolis, Life, Dance, Money, Parent,
Reader's Digest and other magazines
- Animation and television programming studios, such as Yoe Yoe
Studios whose clients include MTV's Nickelodeon and Liquid
Television
- Mad Magazine
- Advertising agencies including Grey Advertising ,
McCann-Erikson, Mizerek Advertising
- Computer graphics studios, such as Cantor Design, Jonathan

- Museum archival work, at the Museum of Broadcasting, the
