Graphic Design majors are equipped with the following
skills needed to succeed in this creative profession:
- Mastery of working with formal elements such as line, shade,
texture, hierarchy, contrast, composition and color.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of skill sets in visual design and
problem solving.
- Develop an understanding of industry issues and the ability to
choose the appropriate technology to specific design related
tasks.
- Demonstrate competency in storyboarding, relevant computer
scripts/code, sound editing, image sequencing, and motion/digital
typography.
