Join us on Wednesday, November 10 from 12-1 p.m. for the
official opening of the Face-to-Face AIDS
PhotoMosaic, currently located in the D’Angelo Center’s 2nd floor
“living room” area directly opposite the fireplace. Face-to-Face
AIDS co-founder and photographer Ken Wong will be speaking about
the photos and the organization’s inspiring work in Malawi.
This testimonial wall of portraits of HIV positive Malawians will
be on display until December 3 and will serve as a focal point for
raising awareness and funds to sponsor the Face-to-Face AIDS
organization’s projects supporting communities impacted by poverty
and HIV-AIDS in Malawi.
A growing list of co-sponsors of the exhibit includes: The Center
for Global Development, Anthropology Club, Multicultural Affairs
and Campus Ministry.
