Our graduates are always sought after both by public and private
schools. We not only succeed in graduating excellent teachers,
but here at St. John's we believe in graduating caring and
sensitive individuals. For this reason we require that all our
students become involved in service
learning.
In service learning students serve their community in a variety
of ways. Some students choose to tutor or mentor while others may
choose to teach religious classes or after school
activities. Service learning is an excellent experience where
future teachers learn the value and importance of community
service.
