Vision
To simplify and create unique opportunities for all to become a
part of making a difference within the community, outside the
community and the world as we know it.
Mission
“We the members of the Education society are dedicated to embodying
the Vincentian mission of St. John’s University through our
commitment to service for all. We believe in making a difference in
our community and helping to create a better learning experience
and environment for our future.”
Goal
The focus of the Education Society is to become proactive
against the recent epidemic of bullying. Members will serve the
community as future educators who share a common goal to put an end
to the vicious cycle of bullying.
Membership Requirements
- Membership meeting will be once a month or twice if necessary.
It will be held during the common hour on Mondays and
Thursdays.
- You are required to attend the meetings, but if you cannot make
it please contact an Executive Board member.
- You must complete the required amount of service hours
(20) for each
semester. - There is a fee of $20 per semester.
