The Kappa Eta Chapter was installed in 1964 at St. John’s
University- Queens campus. This organization provides seminars and
conventions for students who wish to become teachers. As part of
the St. John's campus, Kappa Delta Pi actively participates in on
and off campus community service projects, various philanthropies
and professional development activities.
Contact letters are sent out during the summer for students who are
interested. During the month of September students are
required to send their application via email to
questions4kappa@gmail.com
In order to be considered for membership:
* Complete KDP application and
membership form
* 3.25 GPA and at least 12 semester hours in
education courses for Undergraduates
* 3.50 GPA and at least 12 semester hours in
education courses for Graduate students
* Complete 10 selected events designed for
professional development, social bonding, and service
* Pay local and national dues
* Capture a KDP Kodak moment in your KDP
experience
* Subscribe to our website:

* Attend Induction Ceremony in the Spring
