This workshop will introduce you to the Partnership For Performance
(PFP) process at St. John’s. This is an opportunity for you to
become comfortable with how the PFP works and your role in the
process.

- About each of the major components of Partnership for
Performance (PFP), including Objective Setting, STJ Values and
Competencies, Development Planning, mid-Cycle Check-In,
Self-Assessment and the year-end performance evaluation
- How to write objectives that focus on results
- What you can do to participate in the performance discussion
with your supervisor
