Center for Learning Styles
Center for Learning Styles
Bishop Kearney High School in Brooklyn has recently been designated as a Learning Styles Center – a first of its kind in New York City (and nationally).
A Learning Styles Center is required to gradually implement learning styles-based instruction throughout the school. It is also expected to serve as a demonstration center for other schools interested in adopting a learning-styles program. Plus, it often conducts research indicating the degree to which students' achievement, attitudes and/or behavioral gains are evidenced through the program.
