As 2012 draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity
to thank everyone who made a gift to St. John’s University during
the past 12 months. Your generosity has helped to ensure that the
University’s mission of reaching out to those in need will remain
strong, and that our current and future students will continue to
enjoy the superior academic education that has always served as the
foundation of the St. John’s experience.
For those of you who have not done so, please consider making a
gift to support our students in the future. Every gift directly
impacts our students and makes a real and lasting difference in
their lives.
In January all employees who made a gift to St. John’s during 2012
will receive a personal letter from the Division of Institutional
Advancement containing specific information about their gifts.
Please retain this letter for use as you prepare your income tax
returns in the coming months.
As we reflect on the many achievements of the past year and look
ahead to even greater success in the future, I wish you and your
