The University requires all students holding an F-1 or J-1 visa
to have accident and sickness insurance.
In addition, all resident students are required to have accident
and sickness insurance. This coverage can be provided by the
University policy or through the student's own comparable
coverage.
Accident and sickness insurance also are available at low-cost
student rates to all full- and part-time undergraduate
and graduate students. All students receive information
about these options at the beginning of the academic
year.
