Regulations in states other than New York may limit the ability of St. John’s University to offer online opportunities to some out-of-state students interested in pursuing distance education degree programs and/or courses. If you wish to enroll in one of our online offerings and you are located in a state other than New York, please contact the Office of Online Learning & Services before enrolling to determine if we are authorized to offer online courses or programs in your state. We will continue to monitor developments in states other than New York, pursue appropriate approvals or exemptions, and provide updates when available.
Student and Prospective Student Complaints
Pursuant to the United States Department of Education's Program Integrity Rules, St. John’s University is required to provide all prospective and current students with the contact information of the state agency or agencies that handle complaints against postsecondary education institutions offering distance learning or correspondence education within that state.
