Dear Colleagues, Students and Guests;

Thank you to all who attended or presented at this year's 1st Annual Student Research Week events at St. John's University.  Throughout the week, the activities taking place enabled intellectual discourse across the disciplines to flourish on campus.

We owe a debt of thanks to the Student Research Week Committee--a coalition of Student Leaders, Professors and Administrators who shared a vision for honoring student scholarship and raising it to new heights through student/faculty partnerships in academics.  Their dedication to enacting that vision deserves the highest praise.

To all who attended the events, thank you for sharing in the experience.  It would not have been such a successful Student Research Week without your contribution to the discussion.  I look forward to joining you all at next year's celebration of our wonderful students' research.
