Other Important Information
- Please submit requests in advance so that we have adequate time
to process and scan your materials. Requests will be processed in
the order received. You should allow at least one week for
processing, although we can often fill your requests much more
quickly.
- Any paper document can be scanned and uploaded to eReserves,
but the quality of the original will largely determine the quality
of the scanned document - use a clean original copy whenever
possible. Please – no staples in photocopies or other printed
documents.
- Any digital file can be uploaded to eReserves, but the person
downloading the file must have the appropriate software to read the
file – we strongly encourage the use of common, standard file
formats.
- Faculty are responsible for adhering to copyright law and
securing copyright permissions as necessary [Copyright
Guidelines].
- Please note: We do not scan entire books or significant portions
of books.
