is a free service for downloading a zip file by
e-mail. Your e-mail address is required. The Securities & Exchange

the securities commissions by Canadian public companies and mutual
funds as well as related third parties, all of whom are required to
file disclosure documents and other information electronically. Not
all documents filed with the securities commissions are available
in the SEDAR Database. There are some documents filed by public
companies or related third parties that continue to be filed and
disseminated in paper format only
