Registering for Courses
Abroad:
Any changes to your course registration must be pre-approved by
your advising dean.
In-Person Classes:
The Office of Global Studies will register students for all
on-campus courses abroad. Students are able to add/drop on-campus
courses while they are abroad by:
- Contact dean/advisor via email to get approval for new
courses
- Forward conversation with dean/advisor to the Office of Global
Studies at ogsregistration@stjohns.edu by
the add/drop deadline and we will make the change.
- Please include student's name, X-number, and courses to be
added/dropped.
Online Learning Classes:
Students are responsible for registering for Online Learning
classes while abroad. You may drop Online Learning courses via
UIS. When doing so, please be aware of the following:
- You may drop the course yourself within one week of the start
of classes
- You must have approval from your advisor
If the add/drop period has already ended, you will no longer be
able to drop the course yourself. Please contact your advisor
directly.
