Every student that takes part in our summer program to Russia is required to get a Russian visa. In order to make the visa application process as easy and expedient as possible, the Office of Global Studies will be collecting your visa application materials, and working in conjunction with a travel agent to have those applications processed. The good news is that the requirements are minimal, and the paperwork is easy to complete.
The travel agent has asked that we submit the visa materials to her in batches. We will be submitting two batches: the first with those visa application packets submitted by March 15, 2010, and the second with those materials submitted by April 1, 2010.
Given the turnaround time of the Russian Consulate and the travel schedule of the program, it is important that you have your visa application in no later than the April 1st date. If you know this is not possible, please contact the Office of Global Studies at (718) 990-6105 or globalstudies@stjohns.edu.
Everything must be submitted together. The Office of Global Studies will be collecting all materials, and we will not accept partial or incomplete application materials.
Please use the appropriate document for your application based on your citizenship:
