Participation in the orientation sessions is an important
requirement that must be completed prior to your departure. You
must attend a Site-Specific AND a Pre-Departure Orientation
session. The information presented during these sessions will help
prepare you for the program and allow you to make the
most of your experience abroad.
Can't make it in person? All orientation sessions are
conducted simultaneously via internet and phone. Sign up with our
office to participate and you will be able to see the slides, hear
the presenter, and ask questions via the online chat system. If you

number of orientation sessions you attend but make sure
you attend at least one.

We appreciate all the parents who attended our
pre-departure orientation events (April 23rd and April 26th). If
you missed any of the information presented or were unable to
attend the in-person or online orientations, you'll find a
